CodeBonics offers a range of IT and digital services, including but not limited to: Web Design and Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS Product Development, UI/UX Design, IT Support and Maintenance, and Consulting. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate with us during projects, not misuse our services, and fulfill all payment obligations.
Until full payment is received, all work remains our property. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client. We may display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable. Refunds are rare and at our discretion. Late payments may incur fees.
We aim to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by client actions, third-party services, or force majeure.
Both parties agree to protect sensitive information unless disclosure is legally required.
We provide limited warranty support (usually 30–60 days). Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement.
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or misuse of our products by clients or third parties.
We may terminate services for breach of terms, unethical behavior, or upon mutual agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
